As our Housekeeping Manager at the Dorsett Hotel, you will collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure success in our operational, financial, and strategic goals. Your keen eye for detail, drive to deliver a world class experience and ability to successfully manage and motivate a large and diverse team will be pivotal in your success.

• Manage and develop the daily operations ensuring departmental objectives are achieved
• Set daily performance objectives for Housekeeping Services Supervisors
• Monitor and manage team members absenteeism, annual leave, time and attendance
• Support training and career development programme for the department
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of Dorsett housekeeping team members
