Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Housekeepers and cleaning of rooms and public areas when needed
- Guest contact and guest service
- Ensuring that housekeepings stock levels and store rooms are in order
- Handling guests lost items
- Training new colleagues
- Scheduling of shifts
