Responsibilities:

  1. Exceptional Service:
  • Provide an outstanding experience by delivering fast, friendly, and attentive service to our guests.
  • Ensure guest rooms and areas are cleaned to the highest standards and checked.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Work together as part of the team to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance and front of house staff to ensure seamless coordination of rooms service.
  • Assist in training new team members and maintaining a positive, cohesive work environment.
