We have an opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our growing team

The Housekeeping Supervisor will assist the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Responsibilities:

ALONGSIDE YOUR USUAL CLEANING DUTIES, YOUR JOB ROLE WILL ENTAIL THE BELOW WHEN REQUIRED:

  • Assist with the organization of the daily housekeeping operation
  • Assist with supervising the housekeeping team to ensure the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel public spaces, bedrooms and external areas
  • Complete room checks and inspections to ensure a 4-star standard
  • Ensure all maintenance issues are reported to the maintenance team and proactively followed up
  • Liaise effectively with the front office team during the shift, to ensure guests can check in at 3pm
  • Ensure the use of the cleaning materials supplied in the recommended manner with efficiency and economy
  • Identify staff training needs within the department and assist in the training of staff
