BASE SALARY + LEADING HAND ALLOWANCE

We are a leading provider of cleaning services and are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Team Leader who have great communication skills to join our team at Essence Hotels, Brisbane - QLD.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Cleaning experience.
• At least 6 months of experience managing people.
• Available to work from Tuesday to Thursday from 8am to 4pm. (22.5 hours in total)
• Attitude to learn
  To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with a strong customer service approach and ability to follow directions and work autonomously. We are ideally looking for someone with some housekeeping experience and additional training will be provided to complete your role effectively and safely.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a high standard of cleaning, completing vacuuming, waste removal, dusting, mopping, and / or washroom cleaning.
• Following instructions from your Supervisor/Manager.
• Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.
• Completing equipment checks.
• Reporting any issues.
