Responsibilities:
The Housekeeping Training Supervisor is responsible for the training and supervision and co-ordination of all housekeeping training functions to ensure high standards of cleanliness are provided to meet and exceed guest’s expectations. The Housekeeping Training Supervisor must lead, train and develop the housekeeping team to achieve and maintain hotel standards whilst effectively communicating with other hotel departments.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Ensure the training, coaching, guiding, and assessing of newly recruited and existing HK Supervisors, HK Service Attendants, and Room Attendants.
- Check cleaning of rooms in accordance with checklists and Crown Standards, including undertaking cleaning duties where required.
- Maintain current product knowledge of events and facilities of Crown Hotels and the broader Crown complex; including retail, gaming, food & beverage and entertainment.
- Support the Management team to address underperformance issues to ensure competence. Monitor training and development needs and coordinate as required.
- Assist management in development of Housekeeping employees to ensure competence, performance and succession objectives are met.
