- Providing administrative based support

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS.

- Level 2 Business Administration Principles Certificate or equivalent or relevant demonstrable experience
Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Gateshead Council’s new Strategic Housing Service providing vital support and assistance to Directors and Senior Officers across the Housing, Environment and Healthy Communities Group. We are seeking to appoint to one full time role.
You will have responsibility for coordinating partnership and governance meetings and providing administrative support across the service. This will include attending meetings in a support capacity and accurately taking and recording minutes, managing diaries, responding to enquiries and handling invoices. The role will also involve providing assistance to programmes and projects.
