We are looking for a Housing Officer, to provide housing management services to residents living in our Supported Accommodation buildings for young people based in Cheltenham.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (9am-5pm), in our Housing Management team.

Responsibilities:
You will be able to help navigate our residents successfully through their licences/tenancies, working within a team geared towards managing all tenancy-related issues that arise.
Experience in Housing Management is not essential, as full training will be given, but transferrable skills and a keen interest to learn is.
This role will be based at the accommodation sites communicating with the young people and helping to ensure their living area is safe and habitable.
You’ll be working closely with the support team on-site to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
