Previous experience gained within the legal industry is essential and ideally experience gained within housing law, however we will consider candidates from other specialisms who can meet the criteria below:

  • Knowledge of the CPR and litigation experience is essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve effectively
  • A client-centric approach, dedicated to providing the highest levels of service
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a supportive team environment
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and service level agreements
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Objection handling skills and confident in delivering difficult outcomes with ease
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to process information and tasks with precision and speed
  • Proficient in explaining, recommending, and persuading effectively
  • Competence in utilising Customer Relationship Management system

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with case preparation and management across a variety of housing matters
  • Conducting legal research and drafting documents
  • Liaising with clients, providing empathetic and professional advice
  • Maintaining and organising case files
  • Collaborating with solicitors and other legal professionals to advance cases
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage client caseloads across telephone and email in line with the claim management process
  • Achieve team and individual targets including productivity and quality
  • Adhere to service level agreements both internal and external
  • Deliver outstanding levels of client satisfaction
