Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field, or 5 years experience in affordable housing management or other related field.
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (either Quadel or NCHM) certification within 1 year of hire.
- 2 years of experience in a housing, social service or healthcare organization or work with elderly and/or disabled.
- Experience in supervision and effective management of staff.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.
