Description:

A Dental Practice in Kathu, Northern Cape requires an HPCSA Registered Dentist OR Dental Therapist to join their busy practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dental care and treatment to patients in a professional and ethical manner
  • Conduct dental assessments and diagnoses, as well as create and implement treatment plans
  • Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and prosthetic dentistry
  • Provide preventative dental care to patients, including cleanings and fluoride treatments
  • Educate patients on good oral hygiene practices and follow-up care
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of patient care, including treatment plans and progress notes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques
  • Collaborate with other dental professionals in the practice to provide the best possible patient care

Requirements:

  • HPCSA registration as a Dentist with a BDS/BChD degree or a Dental Therapist degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques
