REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates should possess at least O Level Certification with at least 1 year of HR experience
- Meticulous, have an eye for details, great communication skills & comfortable working with people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preferable available immediately or within short notice

Responsibilities:
- Handle full recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks)
- Process Work Passes application, issuance, renewal & cancellation
- Manage employees on-boarding & off-boarding
- Maintain accurate & up-to-date employee records, leaves & benefits
- Administer all government claims
- Prepare monthly payroll & CPF
- Prepare tax clearance for foreign employees
- Prepare yearly IR8A submission for previous & current employees
- Prepare all HR related letters
- Organise social & recreation events for employees
- Assist in basic daily book-keeping, compilation of accounts & month end closing
- Process vendor invoices & payments promptly
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
- Liaise with external accountants
- Any ad-hoc reports & duties as required by the management
