  • Candidates should possess at least O Level Certification with at least 1 year of HR experience
  • Meticulous, have an eye for details, great communication skills & comfortable working with people
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Preferable available immediately or within short notice

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks)
  • Process Work Passes application, issuance, renewal & cancellation
  • Manage employees on-boarding & off-boarding
  • Maintain accurate & up-to-date employee records, leaves & benefits
  • Administer all government claims
  • Prepare monthly payroll & CPF
  • Prepare tax clearance for foreign employees
  • Prepare yearly IR8A submission for previous & current employees
  • Prepare all HR related letters
  • Organise social & recreation events for employees
  • Assist in basic daily book-keeping, compilation of accounts & month end closing
  • Process vendor invoices & payments promptly
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents
  • Liaise with external accountants
  • Any ad-hoc reports & duties as required by the management
