Description:

Our client is looking for a full time HR admin to join their team. This role will suit someone who has some exposure to HR and recruitment and looking to progress in their career.
This role will have a strong focus on their blue collar recruitment within the company. Located on the Northern Gold Coast.

Key responsibilities -

  • Assist with end to end recruitment - advertising, phone screening, interviews and employee offers for all roles including head office and blue collar roles
  • Assist with new employee life cycle - new employee induction, on boarding and payroll documentation
  • General HR support where required
  • Assist with new employee and payroll documentation.
  • Assist with the apprentice program and provide ongoing support to apprentices
  • General admin and reception duties when required

Ideally you will have

  • Strong admin skills
  • Experience in recruitment and HR admin or a passion for this industry
  • Blue collar recruitment highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of the end to end recruitment process
  • A people person
