This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail with previous administrative experience to become part of our supportive team. This high volume admin support role within the HR/talent acquisition team in a high volume permanent, temporary and casual recruitment with a focus that goes beyond early childhood education and includes allied health and associated support services. This role will see you join Monday to Friday 8 hours each day accruing a Monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO ).

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to the recruitment process
  • Triaging queries to the HR team
  • Filing and scanning of documentation
  • High volume phone calls
  • Support key internal stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Collaborate, communicate and work effectively as a member of the team

To be successful for the role you will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive resilient attitude and enjoy liaising with casual staff members
  • A collaborative team approach
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to adapt to and pick up new systems quickly
  • Confidence communicating skills using phone, videoconferencing, and email with busy Hiring Managers.
  • Proficient Mircosoft suite experience
  • Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
  • A resilient and ‘can do’ attitud
