Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
- At lease 5 years’ years of relevant experience with strong background in running and managing in-house payroll and experience in the full spectrum of HR activities.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 6 working days per week - Able to work on weekends.
- Need to be station at project site officer (Bus Transport 745am @ Tanan Merah)

Responsibilities:
- Must have the ability to handle full HR spectrum.
- Oversees manpower supply and outsource vendors matters.
- Review employee Performance Appraisal and Management.
- Establish and manage employee benefits, including medical insurance, policy, procedures and retirement planning.
- Ensure controls and consistency of the payroll system.
- Formulate and implement checklist and records.
- Prepare monthly costing/analysis/forecast/report for Headquarter.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by management.
