Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration/ Management
- Experienced in workpass and service industry preferred
- Proven experience in human resources and administrative roles (Retail or service industry experiences preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamAdopt a continuous learning mindset and adaptable to changes
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by arranging interviews & conduct reference checks when necessary
- Management of work pass (Application, renewal, cancellation, etc)
- Administer staff leave and manage monthly time attendance report
- Employee relations and staff uniforms inventory management
- Track and ensure staff welfare & benefit documentation
- Perform new hire orientations
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Maintain HR database and update employee records
- Assist in performance management processes, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Serve as point of contact with external vendors and administrators
- Facilities management and liaison with vendor on office equipment maintenance on a regular basis (Air-con, lighting, fingerprint system etc)
- Procurement and administer office stationeries pantry items
- Plan and organize company eventsBasic Office administrative work and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
