Description:
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR+Admin Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing various HR and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organisation. Tasks include, to:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Apply and maintain work passes, coordinating new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Apply and maintain relevant insurances and bonds for work permit holders in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Handle employee payroll functions including claims and leave administration
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and facilitate the offboarding process.
Administration:
- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring adherence by all employees.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) working in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
