Description:
Requirements :
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Business, HR or any other related fields
- 1-2 years of relevant HR and administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
- Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently, multi-task efficiently and meet multiple deadlines
- Demonstrate flexibility and a team-oriented approac
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to HR department.
- Handle tasks related to recruitment , including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and employment contract preparation.
- Manage relevant onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and other relevant documentation.
- Process project-based staff monthly payroll and prepare payroll-related reports.
- Manage leave administration and handle staff claims.
- Support administrative tasks, such as office supplies procurement, travel arrangement, and facilities management.
- Implement performance review processes, including contract renewal and annual evaluations.
- Develop and maintain clear HR policies, ensure employees understand and adhere to these policies and able to handle employees’ inquiries.
- Responsible for various internship programs from grant application, placement, onboarding to offboarding.
- Organize Company Events and staff wellbeing activities.
- Any other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated.
