Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resource, Business or its equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Labour laws and Employment act
- Ability to multi-task with strong problem solving skills
- Motivated and independent with a high level of focus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Manages full spectrum of HR functions which include recruitment & selection, employee relation performance management, training and development and compensation and benefits
- Administering and managing human resources plans for the organisation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the organisation’s goals and objectives
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Conduct & assess internal training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Work closely with various Head of Departments to provide HR advice on manpower planning, employee retention and employee relations
- Oversees office administration such as insurance and establishing standard operation procedures to ensure proper documentation and control
- Monitor office administration to ensure smooth operation and maintain a healthy and safe office environment
- Responsible for HR projects initiatives and handling HR related audits
- In charge of office Administrative functions such as office supplies, equipment, facilities repairs and maintenance
- Perform other adhoc duties when assigned by Management
