Description:

JOB SUMMARY

Our client is looking to hire a suitable candidate who will be responsible for managing the HR & Admin Function such as Recruitment / training of staff annually to achieve increased productivity and performance, induction of staff to increase knowledge of the organization as well as its procedures and policies, confirmation of staff and annual appraisal to maximize output from employees

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 7 years

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor ‘s Degree in HR / Personal Management, business management
  • Professional membership and certification in relevant and recognized institutions
  • At least 7 years, Experience in HR & Admin. In any industry
  • Working Knowledge of Procedures & Policies
  • Should be excellent at computer and having advance knowledge of spreadsheets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills, communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with senior levels of management.
  • Excellent management skills, with ability to track multiple level of grievance, and handle the pressure in a positive manner.
  • Equal parts in being analytical and creative.
  • Strong management, administration and leadership skills to manage resources and employees.
  • Experience working with colleagues and associates locally and internationally.
  • Passionate, energetic and maintain a positive attitude.
    Work Schedule: 8am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manpower planning for proper utilization
  • Staff regularization / confirmation after probationary period of six months.
  • Conduct Performance Appraisal for all staff on annual basis.
  • Liaison with the government departmental in regard with statutory compliance.
  • Helping to find and recruit talented employees.
  • Managing onboarding and training for new hires
  • Tracking payroll, holidays, and attendance records
  • Handling employees’ personal or professional issues
  • Letting go of employees who aren’t performing.
  • Retaining good employees when they give notice.
