Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of HR related working experience.
- Must have strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.
- Expert in Payroll Processing.
- Good understanding of the immigration process on application of the various employment passes issued in Singapore.
- Meticulous, independent and well-organized individual.
- Good analytical and quality conceptualization skills.
- Ability to strive in a fast paced and results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines.
- Able to work independently, manage priorities and handling multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situation and documentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in English, Chinese, Korean is advantage

Responsibilities:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR & Admin Specialist reports to the Head of HR, providing advisory on HR related matters, provide effective HR business partnering support to the business units in the various HR aspects. In addition to that, the HR Specialist will also play a significant role to build and steer a cohesive and healthy workplace culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full spectrum of payroll processing including preparation of payroll documents and CPF submissions, IR21 & yearly IR8A fillings.
- Handle all applications process of EP, Work permit applications and renewals.
- Handle all on boarding, off boarding, benefits management etc.
- Support the annual performance appraisal and compensation exercises.
- Monitor upkeep and ensure security and accuracy of employees’ records and physical files.
- Support in audits and budgeting exercise.
- Attend to employee relations matters to ensure a motivated work environment, including employee communications, attend to employee inquiries, and handle employee engagement activities.
- Manage the entire talent acquisition function to support expansion of company
- Assist in talent retention and crafting out competitive strategies with regards to compensation and benefits.
- Organise company events including festival celebrations, anniversary dinner and team-bonding events.
- Ensure company’s compliance with local relevant regulations.
- Administrative responsibilities.
- Scheduling of air tickets.
- Ordering of office supplies.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
