- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration, timekeeping, or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency with timekeeping software or systems such as ADP, Kronos, or similar platforms; UKG preferred.
- Experience managing employee time and attendance records, including processing time sheets, reconciling hours worked, and applying paid time off (PTO) accruals.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and reconciliation of timekeeping records.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with HR, managers, and employees to address timekeeping inquiries or issues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Additional education or certification in payroll administration, human resources, accounting, or a related field may be preferred.
