PETA Ltd are working with SMR Automotive to recruit an organised and adaptable person to work within the HR team, providing administrative support in a fast-paced role.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English level C/4 (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
  • Ability to provide good customer service and work under own initiative
  • Can positively build and maintain working relationships
  • Trustworthy & confidential
  • Strong IT skills

Responsibilities:

As a HR Administration Apprentice, you will be providing efficient and effective administration and information systems support to the Human Resources and Payroll team, ensuring high standards are adopted and maintained. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Draft all adverts and advertise as directed
  • Maintain company notice boards
  • Motherson App/Workvivo to be maintained with leavers, starters, changes and temps
  • Manage new starter and leaver paperwork
  • Process purchase orders and invoices for the department
  • Maintain comprehensive records for all company cars
  • Conduct annual licence checks for company car drivers through DVLA
  • Co-ordinate and manage a range of employee engagement events such as events, surveys, gifts and activities
  • Provide administration support to the induction process as appropriate
  • Responsible for mass mail merge activities
  • Any other HR/Administration duties as required
