JOB SUMMARY:

As our HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting all Human Resources operations for the Austin facility of Fresh Texas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual preferred
  • High school diploma/GED required; some college, preferred
  • 1-year prior HR experience preferred
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Willingness to cross train with other HR functions as needed

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Help manage the reception area and help walk-in candidates with job applications
  • Initiate and help candidates complete online onboarding paperwork prior to orientation
  • Finalize onboarding, including processing I-9s
  • Prepare, coordinate, and conduct new hire orientation
  • Administrative duties, such as processing mail, managing electronic and physical paperwork
  • General HRIS (Paycom) assistance such as logging in and out and how to use.
  • Badge administration and creation
  • Taking and uploading employee photos
  • Distribution of manual paychecks
  • Pay card administration, processing, and education
  • Verification of employment
  • Answers the telephone and directs caller or guest to destination/employee and answer inquiries.
  • Assist in monitoring and coordinating incoming messages from our employee hotline (TextMagic).
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Provide other administrative assistance to the HR organization related to employee accounts, recruitment, benefits administration, and special events/activities
  • Other duties as assigned
