Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring for a Human Resources Assistant for our leading employer in Concord NH:
Responsibilities

  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Responsible for tracking and documenting applicant communication in the Workday System
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings - Utilize text, email, and phone functionality to engage candidates
  • Stays up to date on current hiring/recruiting/staffing laws to ensure compliance
  • Maintains database of job requirements
  • The Human Resources Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR - Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices and Benefits Administration
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Skills
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including a strong demonstrated understanding of MS Excel, spreadsheets, and pivot tables
  • Strong computer skills are essential, including accurate and timely data entry, and generating and analyzing reports
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed
  • Ability to work in high-demand, fast-paced environments
  • Must be comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing work projects efficiently and effectively - Must have the ability to project a positive and professional image to the public, co-workers, and employees
  • Able to inform candidates of hiring decisions in a professional manner
  • This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department
  • Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with employees at all levels of the organization
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality is also critical
