Description:
MISSION:
- Be in charge of the preparation of all documents & processes linked to the employee lifecycle (employment contracts, Addendums, certificates, absences, etc..)
- Be responsible for the input and maintenance of employee data in all HR systems
- Act as specialist in Social security, labor and tax laws, Immigration, Internal rules and answer either employee or employer issues
- Manage relationships with main market stakeholders (Social Security, Tax administration, ADEM)
- Review and adapt the policies in place to new requirements and ensure communication to appropriate stakeholders (employees, employer)
- Review continuously processes and procedures to propose improvements and/or transformation
- Participate/ lead HR transformation projects
- Propose continuous improvements ideas and challenge the status quo to make the process more efficient and effective
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources administration
- Strong knowledge of tax, labor & Social security laws for Luxembourg & cross border countries
- Self-aware, collaborative, communicative, reliable, strong ethic, confidentiality management, open-minded,
- Flexible, proactive, solution oriented.
- Good knowledge of payroll areas would be a competitive advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
- Experience in dealing with a diverse and international company, company fleet management would be an asset
- Luxembourg & cross-border tax specialist would be a competitive advantage.
- A solid knowledge or demonstrated experience with the SAP software, Neocase and Fiori will be considered as an important advantage
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Be service minded with a strong client orientation
- Able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
Languages :
- French and English (advanced),
- Luxembourgish and German as a competitive advantage
- Any other language will be considered as a plus
- Experience out of Human Resources within general or steel industry will be considered as a plus
