Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the HR IR Manager, the HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department at the LNG Canada site site in Kitimat, BC. They will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes and procedures.

COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience an administrative role, preferably in an HR capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, with working knowledge of other Office 365 products and the ability to easily learn new software programs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time Management – uses time effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and move projects forward with minimal supervision. Proven self-starter with strong sense of accountability and problem-solving skills.
  • Shows tact, diplomacy, and discretion in handling information of confidential and/or sensitive nature.
  • Strong code of ethics and integrity.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada on an unrestricted basis.
  • Experience in the Construction industry is an asset.
