The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for HR Administrator (6-month contract) to provide administrative support for a team of 4 HR Business Partners on a variety of people focused tasks, including onboarding new starters to processing leavers from the business and the changes in-between.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience an HR Administrator preferred
  • Effective administration skills
  • Exposure to payroll practices and understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Previous experience using Workday would be an advantage
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • High computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload using strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

How you will thrive and create an impact

  • Onboarding of new starters from offer letter point onward including references, security screening, collating starter documentation, hire onto HRIS system and in payroll. Audit of completion of onboarding tasks and record keeping of process.
  • Coordinate Induction, training and associated administrative duties
  • Process Job changes and ensure changes communicated payroll, and details filed correctly
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general HR Queries.
  • Manage the Absence line and ensure managers log effectively, Monitor the HR in box and action/forward to relevant person
  • Update and monitor probation tracker, liaising with manager for issues or successful passing of probation, producing letters accordingly
  • Process leavers from resignation, update HRIS system and into payroll
  • Process any reference requests, i.e. mortgage, rent for previous associates
  • Produce weekly and monthly report to update business on people changes
  • Support HRBP’s and HR Manager UK & Ireland in providing support where required for project work.
