Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Bespak are seeking a HR Administrator to join our Human Resources Team at our Holmes Chapel site in Cheshire on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. This position will be working on a day’s pattern and offers a competitive salary between £25,000 and £28,000 per year dependant on skills and experience. As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for providing effective, confidential administrative support to the Head of HR and the HR Business Partner. You would lead on all administrative aspects of employee lifecycle processes and HR activities.
Bespak is a global contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) focused on inhaled and nasal drug delivery devices and drug-device combination products. We develop and manufacture finished pharmaceutical products, as well as being a leading global supplier of drug delivery devices and componentry to the pharmaceutical industry. Bespak Holmes Chapel employs over 300 people and specialises in the manufacture of inhalation products such as Metered Dose Inhalers (MDI), Dry Powder Inhalers (DPI) and Nasal Sprays and is focusing on the transition to greener propellants.

AS AN HR ADMINISTRATOR YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Confidential administrative support for Head of HR and HR Business Partner.
  • Leading the complete hiring cycle, from vacancy creation to candidate onboarding.
  • Pro-active delivery of generalist Human Resources support for day to day HR matters.
  • Developing HR data insights to support strategic people planning.
