JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our Client’s established and growing team in Blackpool FY4.
HR Administrator hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday
Salary is dependant on experience

HR Administrator role and responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for all new joiners
- Support the HR team with managing the recruitment process across the company, including organising interviews and obtaining required approvals etc.
- Manage the relationship with the pre-employment screening provider
- Manage the 3-month meetings for new starters and the probation process
- Help the HR team to deliver training initiatives by organising all logistics
- Organise lunch & learn sessions and contribute ideas to the programme where possible.
- Working with the HR team on the bi-annually Appraisal and Goal-Setting process across the business
- Assist with payroll administration and general administration
The ideal HR Administrator will:
- Experience of using HR information Systems (desirable)
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Must act with integrity, due skill, care and diligence.
