Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a connected Human Resources Team who are heavily involved in the business of Primary Care. The ideal candidate will gain a variety of experience across the HR disciplines and will be part of a growing company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant third-level qualification in HR or related discipline.
- CIPD qualification is an advantage.
- 2/3 years’ Irish Work Experience within a professional HR environment.
- Must hold a full work permit, we are unable to sponsor Stamp 1G holders.
- Proven organisational and time management skills.
- Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of computer literacy including comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Softworks, and Excel.
- Proficient in multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently with limited supervision
- Working knowledge of Softworks Time and Attendance

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The HR Administrator will support all aspects of the Human Resources function while contributing to the overall achievement of the business goals. Taking responsibly for data entry on Softworks HR System for the Human Resources Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive HR administration support across the group.
- Assist in the Recruitment & Selection process for all employees (participating in interviews, reference checking, issuing of contracts, and all new hire paperwork).
- Ensure all starters and leavers are entered correctly on the Softworks HR System.
- Ensure all changes are entered timely on Softworks HR System.
- Co-ordinate and participate in induction for new employees.
- Facilitate probation review and annual appraisal processes with management and staff
- Work with the payroll team to ensure all relevant changes are made
- Employee administration including maintenance of personnel files, company pension scheme, etc.
- Provide general HR support to colleagues and management.
- Conducting exit interviews and analysing findings.
- Ad hoc HR administrative tasks as and when required.
- Actively participating in HR initiatives.
