SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Certificate IV in Human Resources or progression towards
  • Strong administration background with a strong focus on HR
  • Previous experience with HRIS management and employee contract development highly regarded
  • Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with all levels of staff and management
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of Fair Work and obligations

Responsibilities:

This exciting new position will report to the HR Team Lead and aim to provide support to the Human Resources team and complete administrative duties across an employee’s lifecycle

  • Maintain HR Compliance.
  • Assist with Contract/EA/Policy queries and interpretations.
  • Systems and Structure support
  • Maintain and update HRIS
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to staff queries
  • Assist with updating the Employee Hub
  • Process staff rewards and recognition
  • Preparation, collation and distribution of documents
  • Review staff changes and follow up as necessary
  • Drafting of employment contract and letters
  • Assist with reporting and analytics
  • Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Contribute to the delivery of HR projects and initiatives
  • Maintain and update HR Guides and manuals
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Travel between depots to provide HR support
