SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Certificate IV in Human Resources or progression towards
- Strong administration background with a strong focus on HR
- Previous experience with HRIS management and employee contract development highly regarded
- Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with all levels of staff and management
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite
- Understanding of Fair Work and obligations
Responsibilities:
This exciting new position will report to the HR Team Lead and aim to provide support to the Human Resources team and complete administrative duties across an employee’s lifecycle
- Maintain HR Compliance.
- Assist with Contract/EA/Policy queries and interpretations.
- Systems and Structure support
- Maintain and update HRIS
- Manage the HR inbox and respond to staff queries
- Assist with updating the Employee Hub
- Process staff rewards and recognition
- Preparation, collation and distribution of documents
- Review staff changes and follow up as necessary
- Drafting of employment contract and letters
- Assist with reporting and analytics
- Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
- Contribute to the delivery of HR projects and initiatives
- Maintain and update HR Guides and manuals
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Travel between depots to provide HR support
