Responsibilities:
- P&C team inbox management.
- Prepare and coordinate employment offers and employee correspondence documentation.
- Employee set up process for new starters within our HRMS including completion of paperwork and notifications.
- Maintain employee data in our HRMS and coordinate this information with payroll and other departments.
- Processing employee recognition gift cards.
- Running reports from our HRMS.
- Collation and filing of employee documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries and assistance supported by the HR Advisor and HR Systems & Operations Manager.
- Participate in People team projects as requested
