Description:

Alongside veterinary practices, we also operate pet crematoria, laboratories, a distribution centre, an online business and buying groups.
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Administrator join join our friendly and supportive HR team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid opportunity, working 3 days in the Head Office in Diss and 2 days from home.

- Shows initiative and is able to work both independently and as part of a wider team
- Great customer service delivery at all levels
- Must be competent in the use of MS Office, particularly Word and Exce
Responsibilities:
- Management of HR inbox
- Dealing with queries via telephone and email
- Sending out references of employment
- Answering basic absence/holidays related queries – escalating more complex issues to Managers and HR Business Partners
- Note taking in team meetings
- Ensure resource link is updated with ER activity and relevant documents are uploaded timely
- Ensure Pulse is kept up to date
- Supporting leaver Process – log leavers on audit, issue and send acknowledgement letters
- Supporting probation process
- Ensure appropriate security for all HR related information
- Build and maintain good working relationship with payroll colleagues
- Answer queries and assist employees with the employee self-service portal (MiCVS)
- Managing the visa query inbox

No prior HR experience required as full training will be provided.
