We are looking for a HR Administrator to help us organise, update and maintain our employee records HR system. You will form part of a wider People & Culture team who look atfer a growing workforce of over 300 employees in Melbourne!
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE WITH US:
Your mission should you choose to accept it will be to act as the HR administrator playing a crucial role in managing Easygo’s employee records. You will also be responsible for compliance checks for new starters, generating contracts, and overall accuracy of employee data. You have a key role to play in ensuring our people are onboarded seamlessly and receive a high level of service from the HR function. You will also own the onboarding process for all new hires, maintaining high standards of service and implementing improvements wherever possible. Part of your role will also see you manage the visa process for employees from pre-employment, through the full employee lifecycle, including visa applications and renewals, as well as preparing HR documents, such as; employment contracts, changes and new hire guides.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Organise, update and maintain employee records and the HR information system
- Own the onboarding process for all new hires, maintaining high standards of service and implementing improvements wherever possible
- Manage the visa process for employees from pre-employment, through the full employee lifecycle, including visa applications and renewals
- Prepare HR documents, including but not limited to; employment contracts, changes and new hire guides
- Maintain company policies in line with legislation
- Be the first point of contact for any employee queries about HR administration-related issues
- Maintain the HR Service Desk and Jira ticket system, alongside the HR Systems Analyst
- Liaise with external partners, including our EAP services, Migration lawyers etc.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Assist Payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g new starters, terminations, changes)
- Assist the Learning & Development team by maintaining accurate data within the LMS & ensuring correct learning paths are assigned to employees
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as and when required
