Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, facilitating employee onboarding, and overseeing various aspects of HR and benefits administration. Proficiency with the ADP HR platform is required. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and benefits management.
  • Proficiency with the ADP HR platform is required; experience with other HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and identify suitable candidates.
  • Utilize ADP HR platform and other recruitment tools to track candidate applications, maintain candidate pipelines, and generate recruitment reports.
  • Onboarding:
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees.
  • Administer onboarding paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment forms, and other required documents.
  • Conduct onboarding training sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and HR systems, including ADP.
  • HR Management:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the ADP HR platform, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Coordinate open enrollment periods, communicate benefit options to employees, and assist with benefits enrollment and changes in the ADP platform.
  • Liaise with benefits providers and vendors to resolve employee benefits-related issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
