Job Summary
Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Administrator located in Blackburn.
Reporting to the Senior HR BP, the HR Administrator will be tasked with supporting the wider HR team and assisting on a variety of tasks and projects.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Developing the Staff Benefits package and presenting new ideas
  • HR Representative for appraisals
  • Supports the drive and implementation of Performance management
  • Planning and delivering inductions as necessary
  • Assisting with producing KPI’s
  • Managing employee records and systems
  • Absence Management including return to work interviews
  • Administration of holiday booking procedure
  • Conducting investigations and disciplinaries with the management team
  • Assisting Payroll Coordinator with payroll administrative tasks
  • Works collaboratively across the HR function over different sites
  • Maintain new starter, leaver, salary and ad-hoc changes on the HR database and other business systems
  • Support in ER activities including preparing meeting documentation and attending meetings as and when required
  • Conduct Exit Interviews with all leavers and ensure that all leaver paperwork is complete, and the leaver process is followed
  • Assisting with the working abroad process
  • Any other general HR Admin tasks as required

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • You will have strong administration skills and experience, being comfortable with MS Office suite
  • The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and conscientious with a high standard of attention to detail.
  • CIPD qualified / working towards, and some HR experience would be beneficial although not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with impeccable attention to detail
  • You must hold a UK drivers license and be willing to travel to other local sites on a monthly basis
