Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an HR Administrator at Gael Force Group, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our People Resource Manager. Your responsibilities will include various aspects of HR administration to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of HR operations.
This full-time office-based role, but we can offer flexibility with start and end times days if required.

Responsibilities:

HR DUTIES:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Issue offer letters and contracts.
  • Ensure the HR system and the IT team are updated throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Assist managers with scheduling interviews, compiling interview packs and liaising with candidates during the application process where required.
  • Ensure all employee information is kept confidential and in line with data protection.
  • Managing the leaver process and log exit interviews.

PAYROLL DUTIES:

  • Ensuring all employees are paid accurately each month and to agreed deadlines.
  • Setting up new members of staff.
  • Processing leavers and issuing P45s.
  • Uploading timesheets.
  • Administer the group pension scheme.
