Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an HR Administrator at Gael Force Group, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our People Resource Manager. Your responsibilities will include various aspects of HR administration to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of HR operations.
This full-time office-based role, but we can offer flexibility with start and end times days if required.

Responsibilities:
HR DUTIES:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Issue offer letters and contracts.
- Ensure the HR system and the IT team are updated throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Assist managers with scheduling interviews, compiling interview packs and liaising with candidates during the application process where required.
- Ensure all employee information is kept confidential and in line with data protection.
- Managing the leaver process and log exit interviews.
PAYROLL DUTIES:
- Ensuring all employees are paid accurately each month and to agreed deadlines.
- Setting up new members of staff.
- Processing leavers and issuing P45s.
- Uploading timesheets.
- Administer the group pension scheme.
