Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in payroll
  • Knowledge in using of Info-Tech, SuccessFactors and Concur would be an added advantage.
  • Good payroll knowledge and well-versed in the Employment Act and HR practices.
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous, resourceful with a positive work attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end monthly payroll processing in-house for all Singapore entities, ensuring legislative compliance and accuracy.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
  • Perform timesheet calculations and checking of expense reports
  • Assist with preparation of payroll and GL reports.
  • Maintain and update employee’s information in SuccessFactors.
  • Filing of statutory submission such as CPF, IR21, IR8A, government paid leaves.
  • Assist with all statutory MOM surveys.
  • Manage ad-hoc HR related tasks, projects etc
  • Perform other admin duties as assigned.
  • Possible role expansion to cover regional responsibilities
