Description:

Role: People Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience), plus company benefits
Location: Sunbury upon Thames (hybrid arrangement allowing a mix of office/home working)

As we continue to grow, an opportunity has arisen, working within our highly collaborative global team, to provide administrative support to the HR Team and first-line guidance and knowledge to the business to help deliver a high level of People service across the entire Kinly UK Regions.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as a People Assistant / Administrator
  • Strong administration skills and comfortable with data sets
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Organised and articulate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient user of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; and working knowledge of a HRIS
  • Flexibility and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the People Business Partner and key senior managers for UK & Ireland covering elements such as awards, gifts and one-offs in relation to people and training events and processes
  • Raise all employment references e.g., employment, tenancy etc.
  • Organise and maintain up-to-date employee files
  • Take ownership of ADP and system access
  • Oversee probation review administration and tracking
  • Oversee the people email inbox
  • Create contracts, letters or addendums for review
  • Monitor and collate new joiner reference requests and ensure they are returned & own the Right to Work process
  • Monitor DBS, SC and BPSS applications
  • Conduct exit interview follow-up meetings
  • Update trackers e.g., payroll, starters and leavers
  • Administer and update the SharePoint People site
  • Liaise with IT & other key stakeholders in the business, as to ensure that internal systems and processes are kept in step with the People changes.
  • Co-ordinate employee training initiatives and accurately record of completed training programmes
  • Initiating onboarding surveys and administer the system
  • Process immigration and visa applications and provide support to both line managers and employees
