Responsibilities:
Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our team in Bristol or Edinburgh on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Operations Manager as part of the HR Service Centre Team, the successful candidate would be accountable for all HR administration, the onboarding of all new employees and all the responsibilities this would entail.
This role includes a range of activities including but not limited to:
- supporting the onboarding process for new starters including inductions and pre-employment checks,
- processing HR paperwork and maintaining electronic records,
- producing monthly reports,
- inputting monthly payroll such as overtime and sickness absence,
- maintaining our HRIS with employee data and letter uploads,
- supporting managers with probation administration,
- responding to employee and manager queries,
- providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
