QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years in payroll or HR administration.
- Sound understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- Experience in high-volume, high-headcount payroll processing.
- Proficiency in ADP (RUN) and QuickBooks.
- Intermediate proficiency in G Suite and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate efficient off/on boarding procedures for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and manage I9 processes for accuracy and legal compliance.
- Accurately and timely perform assigned activities in support of payroll services, providing administrative assistance to ensure compliant payroll processing (Taxation, Legislations, and other regulations), and performing assigned systems and documentation management activities for compliance and alignment with relevant records.
- Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Assess identified issues, collate documentation to assist in investigating and resolving common and recurring issues, and support selected process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
- Maintain accurate payroll and HR records, performing routine tasks in accordance with SLAs, processes, and policies, while also contributing to process improvement initiatives and participating in audit-related activities.
