Description:
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-time HR Administrator to join our client’s team in Dublin 2. This role will involve providing administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting with various HR functions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Please Note, applicants must have recent working experience in Irish employment law.
The Part-time HR Administrator will work on-site for two days per week, contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes within the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field, with a strong understanding of Irish employment law. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
EDUCATION:
A diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR department, including filing, data entry, and document management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates. Assist with new employee onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training arrangements.
- HR Policies and Procedures:
Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with Irish employment laws and regulations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
- Benefits Administration:
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Support employees with inquiries related to their benefits packages and enrollment processes.
- Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with Irish employment laws and regulations, staying updated on changes that may impact HR practices. Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, trends, and key performance indicators as required.
