Description:
Hodson Bay Hotel are seeking a positive and proactive HR Administrator to join our team.
This is a part-time position, requiring 3 days per week, with a flexible schedule to be confirmed with the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining and updating employee files, processing documentation, and managing HR databases.
Maintain employee compliance standards for the hotel.
Assisting with all aspects of recruitment, selection, onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist HR & Payroll Officer with weekly payroll amendments
Handle general enquiries from employees and managers, including letter/ document requests.
Help organise and promote company events and Health & Wellness initiatives.
Assist with Learning & Development initiatives.
Co-ordination of performance reviews and appraisals.
Co-ordinate and deliver onsite induction training.
Co-ordinate all training and records within the hotel.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Any other duties required by management.
