Description:

As a part-time HR Administrator specializing in internal communications and employee support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication channels within our organization and providing exceptional assistance to our valued employees. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage high volumes of inbound calls, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic setting.
This position offers 25 hours/week with schedule flexibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in call center environments preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy.
Ability to fluently communicate in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR databases and software systems is a plus.

EMPLOYEE SUPPORT:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking guidance on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general inquiries.
Provide personalized support to address individual needs and concerns effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment or customer service role required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization with professionalism and empathy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards helping others.
Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations is desirable.
