Job Description
Reporting into the People Services Team Leader, this role is dedicated to delivering first-rate support and administrative services to our employees based across Australia and New Zealand.
You will join our tight-knit and high performing People Services team based in Melbourne, focused on delivering support for a variety of Human Resources activities, with an emphasis on core people processes related to attraction, development and retention of employees, query resolution and policy advice.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate processing of people transactional services, focusing on domestic assignments and leave arrangements.
  • Support the HR systems team with system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with our Global Business Services team as well as the local People Services team to share knowledge and ensure a broader understanding of the function.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively operate in accordance with governance, processes, policies, agreed performance targets and service level agreements.
    Qualifications

    What are we looking for from you?
  • Previous HR experience, ideally within a shared services environment.
  • A pro-active team player, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to manage competing tasks, using initiative to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
  • A can-do attitude, along with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Experience & exposure to Workday and/or ServiceNow or other HR systems would be beneficial.
