The ideal HR Administrator will be organised, passionate and have excellent attention to detail, whilst always ensuring confidentiality.
SKILLS YOU NEED
- 1 years experience within an HR administration role
- Experience using a HR Information System and Applicant Tracking System
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- CIPD Level 3 desirable

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including managing the inbox and responding to queries
- Administer people changes including promotions, pay changes, job title, location changes, references and Maternity & Paternity leave.
- Regularly update the databases and spreadsheets including the Maternity & Paternity tracker.
- Generate weekly reports on various activity.
- Assist HR Director with ad-hoc projects.
- Assist Recruitment & Talent Coordinator with managing Applicant Tracking System
- To audit personnel files in line with policies and procedures
