Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE:

As an HR Advisor at Uniting, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of HR advisory services across our entire organisation. You’ll be an active and integral part of our People and Culture team, contributing to the overall success and well-being of our workforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Case Management: Handle end-to-end support for HR matters.
  • Coaching and Advice: Provide consistent HR advice and coaching to leaders in line with best practices and legislative guidelines.
  • Material Preparation: Review and collate business information and materials, including correspondence and performance management processes.
  • Capability Development: Support the development of leaders through tools, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Operational Solutions: Facilitate the implementation of HR solutions aligned with Uniting’s strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assist in project planning, identify improvement activities, and contribute to knowledge bank resources.
