Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION: HR ADVISOR - WATFORD

Location: Watford, with travel to multiple sites including Lincoln, Tunbridge, Estley, Bridgewater, and occasional visits to Somerset and Blackpool.
My client is look for a collaborative individual, who can use leadership and influence without authority to co-create and build effective work relationships across the organisation in order to influence learning, continual improvement, and innovation across the business.
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum
Contract: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS | QUALIFICATIONS

  • Level 5 CIPD qualified.
  • Experience of successfully managing diverse teams
  • Successfully developing and delivering on SLAs
  • Experience of using improvement techniques to deliver service improvements.
  • Experience of developing and implementing processes to meet policy and service requirements.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure the provision of high quality and effective HR Services by managing the day-to-day HR operations/transactional services. To be responsible for continuous service improvement that is responsive to service needs and to line manage the People & Culture Administration team ensuring a high level of service delivery, quality and governance, sharing successes and inspiring confidence.

ADVISORY ROLE:

  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related advice, offering expertise to employees and managers.
