    An exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor to join a dynamic team at Brandbank working across our iconic house of brands – Seed Heritage, Unison, Commonry, allkinds, kikki.K and Fine-Day.
    This role will be responsible for managing Employee Relations and HR Generalist activity across a portfolio of retail brands whilst also working within key project teams that are set to deliver our people strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • A strong focus on supporting our Retail leaders to manage Employee Relations matters. Lead key strategic projects to streamline processes and drive efficiencies
  • Partner with key stakeholders to support the management of employee/industrial relations matters in line with company and legislative requirements.
  • Take the lead on creating and analysing cyclical reporting that provide common themes and recommendations to business leaders to improve people metrics
  • Support managers in the performance review process to improve capability
  • Be innovative and bring new ideas to the team
  • Support where required on employee relations matters
  • Ensure compliance is adhered to at all times
